<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely position core materials in a process of manufacturing a vacuum heat insulating material by simultaneously wrapping the plurality of core materials in vacuum, to improve productivity. <P>SOLUTION: This vacuum heat insulating material 1 comprises the core materials 3, a positioning film 4 having holes 7 for inserting the core materials 3 to position the core materials in the direction vertical to the thickness direction of the core materials 3, and facing materials 2 respectively having at least a gas barrier layer and a thermal deposition layer, and covering the positioning film in a state of holding the core materials 3 in the holes 7, from both sides in the thickness direction of the core material 3, and the thermal deposition layers of the facing materials 2 and the positioning film 4 are thermally deposited under reduced pressure. A surface layer thermally deposited to the thermal deposition layer of the facing material 2, of the positioning film is composed of polyacrylonitrile having superior gas barrier properly same as the thermal deposition layers of the facing materials 2 and heat shrinkability, and an intermediate layer has a laminate configuration composed of biaxial oriented polyethylene terephthalate 6 free from heat shrinkage, thus the core materials 3 can be surely positioned. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
