PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image free from dark current unevenness by arranging the FD storage time when electronic shutter operation is realized by a CMOS sensor. SOLUTION: In order to arrange the FD storage time in electronic shutter operation, reset only for PD is provided and an FD is reset according to read out by shifting the timing from reset timing of the FD thus equalizing the storage time of the FD between upper and lower parts of a screen.
