PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress decomposition of organic molecules constituting an electronic device. SOLUTION: The electronic device is configured to include components of the organic molecules 305, and the outer periphery of the organic molecules 305 has water repellency. In the electron device, for example, a gate insulating film 302 is formed on an integrated circuit substrate 300, and the source electrode 303 and the drain electrode 304 are formed on the gate insulating film 302 so as to face each other via the upper side of a gate electrode 301, while the organic molecule 305 is provided so as to connect the source electrode 303 to the drain electrode 304.
