PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic part manufactured by a low-cost manufacturing process, which eliminates the need for fine regulating, etc. and is also very excellent in deflection resistance and shock resistance. SOLUTION: The electronic part 1 includes an element 2, a pair of terminals 4 provided in the element 2, and a sheathing material 5 covering the part of the terminal 4 and the element 2. A relaxation absorption power is given to the terminal 4 by incorporating a recess 6 at the bottom 7 of the sheathing material 5, projecting the terminal 4 from a recess 6 to the exterior of the sheathing material 5 and making the terminal 4 in a structure, such as a folding shape, etc. in the recess 6.
