PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal transmitter which can suppress the generation of an unnecessary magnetic field depending upon the frequency characteristics of a circuit substrate by devising the shape of a conductive pattern formed on a front surface. SOLUTION: In the signal transmitter 1 in which at least a pair of signal transmission terminals TI and TO and a conductive pattern PA for connecting them are formed on the front surface A and a ground pattern PB is formed on a rear surface B, the ground pattern PB formed on the rear surface B is formed in a shape superposed on the conductive pattern PA through the substrate 10.
