PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform comfortable working environment while preventing the degradation of frozen-refrigerated merchandise during picking work. SOLUTION: A plurality of shelf devices 3 are installed in a freezer-refrigerator 1, and cooling devices 43 are provided for reserving cold in the freezer-refrigerator 1. In the freezer-refrigerator 1, a heat insulating wall 2A forming a sidewall on the working space S1 side is provided with an opening serving as a merchandise carry-out port 5, and an upper heat insulating wall 2a of the merchandise carry-out port 5 is provided with a pair of first and second blowing devices 6, 7 having blower fans for forming a cold air curtain CA and an outside air curtain FA respectively inside and outside of the opening of the merchandise carry-out port 5. The first and second blowing devices 6, 7 blow off cold air or outside air almost perpendicularly toward a floor face, and an intake device 8 corresponding to the first blowing device 6 is installed on the floor face inside the freezer-refrigerator 1.
