PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator capable of managing the entering time and date, the leaving time and date, the quantity used, and the like of stored food. SOLUTION: When the food 52 is put in a refrigerating chamber 14 and radio tag information is read from a radio tag 50 attached to the food 52, a tag detector 26 of the refrigerator 10 transmits entering time and date information on the entering time and date through an antenna 28 to update the entering time and date information stored in the radio tag 50.
