PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller hearth furnace capable of stably baking baked objects by solving many-sided subjects in baking simultaneously. SOLUTION: This roller hearth furnace 1a is provided with a furnace 10 partitioning a baking chamber 12 for baking ceramic members 31, and a plurality of rollers 20 for conveying the ceramic members 31. Large diameter parts 201 formed at both ends of each of the plurality of rollers 20 pass through a furnace wall 11 of the furnace 10, and each of the plurality of rollers 20 is formed such that the diameter of a small diameter part 202 located on the inner side of the baking chamber 12 rather than the large diameter part 201 is smaller than the diameter of the large diameter part 201.
