PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating apparatus system capable of obtaining optimum finish by feeding back temperature information on the refrigerating apparatus to a heating device. SOLUTION: The refrigerating apparatus system is provided with an IC tag 2 having a communication means 3 for communicating predetermined information, a storage means 4 for storing information, and a control means; and a refrigerating apparatus 6 having an information transmitting-receiving means 7 for transmitting and receiving information to and from the IC tag 2, a door operating part 9, and an equipment control means 16. The IC tag 2 is provided integrally with the user 1 and constituted to transmit and receive information to and from the refrigerating apparatus 6 when the door operating part 9 is operated. The user can thereby transmit/receive information for specifying the user to the refrigerating apparatus 6 when operating the door operating part 9, so that an internal cooling temperature is known whenever the corresponding user performs door operation, and if heating is carried out by feeding temperature information on the refrigerating apparatus back to the heating device capable of transmitting and receiving information to and from other IC tags, the optimum finish of refrigerated food can be attained.
