PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photo-curing resin composition and a coating, which has viscosity sufficiently good for working property and good property of curing coating film surfaces, so as to be able to form a cured coating film having sufficiently high mechanical strength, sufficiently high elongation, and sufficiently good adhesiveness with a substrate. SOLUTION: The photo-curing resin composition contains (A) a urethan compound, (B) a photopolymerizable monomer having a reactive unsaturated group, and (C) a photopolymerization initiator, wherein the urethan compound is obtained by mixing (a) an isocyanate compound having two isocyanate groups in one molecule, (b) a polyoxyalkylene glycol having a number average molecular weight of greater than 1,000 and 2,500 or less, (c) an alkylene glycol or a polyoxyalkylene glycol having a number average molecular weight of 62 or more and 1,000 or less, and (d) an ethylenic unsaturated compound having a hydroxyl group to cause reaction, so that the ratio of the number of moles of component (b) to that of component (c) is 1 or more, and the equivalent ratios of the hydroxyl groups of component (b), component (c), and component (d) to the isocyanate group of component (a) range from 1.0 to 1.1.
