VISCOUS FLUID TRANSFERRING DEVICE

A viscous fluid transferring device capable of transferring a viscous fluid into an unrefined soy sauce pail without leaving unrefined soy sauce in a storage tank by adding a small-scale mechanism. The device comprises a conventional storage tank (20) for storing the viscous fluid, a transfer pipe (31) extended from the bottom of the storage tank to take out the viscous fluid, and a pump mechanism (32) interposed in the transfer pipe (31). A branch pipe (42) rising from the transfer pipe (31), an extension pipe (43), an evacuation mechanism (44), and an evacuation control part (75) are additionally installed on the suction port (41) side of the pump mechanism. For a while after starting the transferring, the transferring is performed only by the pump mechanism (32). At the end of the transferring, the evacuation mechanism (44) is started to force-feed the viscous fluid remaining at the bottom of the storage tank (20) to the suction port (41) of the pump mechanism by the sucking action of the evacuation mechanism. Accordingly, the pump mechanism (32) can transfer the viscous fluid completely. The branch pipe and the extension pipe rising from the transfer pipe are simply normal pipes, the evacuation mechanism can be replaced with an inexpensive vacuum pump, and the evacuation control part can be replaced with a general-purpose controller. As a result, the viscous fluid can be transferred to the unrefined soy sauce pail without leaving the viscous fluid in the storage tank by adding the small-scale mechanism.
