A method for preventing dismantling/modification of oxidation-sensitive clopidogrel in plasma/urine samples, comprising contacting clopidogrel with oxygen-containing boron compounds (e.g. boric acid and its ester) and reducing agent of stabilizer, is new. A method for preventing dismantling/modification of oxidation-sensitive clopidogrel in plasma/urine samples, comprising contacting clopidogrel with oxygen-containing boron compounds (e.g. boric acid and its ester) and reducing agent of stabilizer. The boron compound is sodium metaborate and its hydrate, sodium tetra borate and its pentahydrate and/or sodium tetra borate decahydrate. The reducing agent is sodium sulfite or sodium metabisulfite. The substance is biologically active metabolite. The ratio of boron compound and the reducing agent is 1:1. The final concentration of the stabilizer in the sample is 10-mmol/l. A potassium-EDTA is added to the sample. The stabilizer and optionally other auxiliary materials are added to sample obtaining instrument or sample containers. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a sample obtained by the method; (2) an instrument or sample container, for preparing, analyzing of storing sample, comprising stabilizer and auxiliary agents; (3) a method for producing the instrument or sample container; (4) a method for analyzing and/or determining concentration of a substance comprising using the above procedure and instrument or sample container; (5) a method for determining concentration of an oxidation-sensitive SH groups in a biological sample; (6) a kit for carrying out the procedures and (7) a stabilizer solution.
