<p>The present invention relates to a method of treating cancer in a subject. The method comprises administering to a subject suffering from cancer a therapeutically effective amount of a 24-hydroxylase inhibitor. In certain embodiments, the 24-hydroxylase inhibitor can be coadministered with calcitriol.</p>
