<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict cutoff of optical communication, without exerting influence on a network traffic. <P>SOLUTION: This communication terminal is equipped with a communication controller 201 for optical wireless communication to be connected to a communication partner node by optical communication; a communication controller for electric wave wireless communication 202 to be connected to a new communication destination node that is different from the communication destination node; a position-of-incidence detecting device 200 for detecting the position of incidence of light impinging from the communication destination node; and a central processing controller 203 which receives the position of incidence from the detecting device 200, makes the communication controller 202 search a communicable new communication destination node, when the position of incidence exceeds a predetermined threshold, and allows the communication controller 202 to communicate with the communication destination node, when a new communication destination node is searched. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
