<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the variation of heating quantity of a sterilizing object while suppressing the increase of tray production cost. <P>SOLUTION: Trays 1 each holding a sterilizing object 5 are put into a sterilization tank in a state stacked in multiple stages and hot water is sprayed against the trays in the sterilization tank to heat and sterilize the sterilizing object in the tray. The bottom plate 3 of the tray has a number of holes 4 and the hot water used for the heating of the sterilizing object 5 on a tray 1 is dropped through the holes 4 of the bottom plate 3 to the lower stage tray 1 and the heating of the sterilizing object 5 at the lower stage is repeated to heat the whole sterilizing objects stacked in a multiple stages. A number of protrusions and recesses are formed on the bottom plate 3 of the tray to support the sterilizing object 5 with the protruded parts of the bottom plate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
