<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display method or the like capable of attaining a smooth two-way interaction, having presence such as real face-to-face interaction. <P>SOLUTION: The image display method generates a first display image on the basis of one of opposite interactive person image data, generates a second display image, displays the generated first display image on a first display area (80a) on a monitor screen (8), and displays the generated second display image on a second display area (80b) separated from the first display area (80a) by a prescribed distance. Since even a single camera (5) can image the images of an interactive person at different angles by the interactive person located in front of the monitor screen (8) viewing either of the images during the interaction, the interactive person itself can select the interaction in a sight line coincident state or the interaction in a sight line dissident state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
