PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrangement indicator for facilitating efficient charging of a contact-less battery charger, in a portable apparatus. SOLUTION: A figure, an indicating diagram, or the other visual indicator are arranged on a flat surface, to display the direction of arrangement preferable with an electrical device optimized as made dielectrically chargeable. A charger is provided with a primary coil in a boundary of Figure, in this way, the electrical device is guided to be placed on a surface of the charger so as to make charging capable in highest efficiency by a user. A picture, an external form, and the indicating diagram or the visual indicator, consisting of the other direction indicator are similar to the shape of the electrical device, or similar to the shape of a general electrical device. Visual indicator is arranged on the charger by a method selected from among painting, casting, silk screen printing, galvanization, evaporation, and an adhesive material.
