PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of measuring a curling amount of a planographic printing plate for accurately measuring the curling amount, and also to provide a curling-reforming method of the planographic printing plate for surely reforming curling, by applying the curling amount measuring method, and a curling-reforming system of the planographic printing plate. SOLUTION: The method measures a distance A between a holding side (upper-end side) and an opposite side (lower-end side) by using a curling amount measuring tool 56 and hanging the whole planographic printing plate 30 vertically downward, and obtains the hanging curling amount (A-B). Since the curling amount of the planographic printing plate 30 is not measured on a horizontal base, high-sensitivity measurement is made accurately in the neighborhood of 0 mm.
