PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brush that can properly reduce the wear of a brush. SOLUTION: The brush 36 is composed of first aggregated particles 43 generated by mixing first copper particles 41 whose particle diameters are not larger than 30μm and first graphite particles 42 whose particle diameters are not larger than 30μm, and second aggregated particles 46 composed of granulation bodies of second graphite particles 45. The particle diameter of the second graphite particle 45 is set to exceed 30μm, and the particle diameter of the second aggregated particle 46 is set to be not smaller than 100μm. Volume average particle diameters of the first graphite particles 42 and the second aggregated particles 46 are set to be in a range of 50 to 150μm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
