PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make compatible a large-amplitude output and high efficiency in outputting a large current and to suppress a sampling component on the output side of a filter circuit. SOLUTION: A comparator 1 onputs an amplitude signal and a reference triangular wave signal to produce a PWM signal. The voltage of the PWM signal is amplified by a voltage amplification unit , and the current is amplified by controlling ON/OFF of a switching circuit 3 in accordance with pulse width of the PWM signal. The amplified PWM signal is reproduced into analog amplitude signal by a filter circuit 4 and outputted to a load R1. At such a time, the switching circuit 3 and the filter circuit 4 are constituted for two or more sequences to reduce current per sequence. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
