PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diplexer which suppresses a stray capacitance, even if a ground electrode is newly provided on the upside of the diplexer, and broadens the pass band of a bypass filter. SOLUTION: The diplexer comprises a base 18 comprising of a plurality of laminated dielectric layers, first and second ground electrodes 11, 12 formed respectively between different dielectric layers, a low-pass filter and a high-pass filter disposed in the dielectric layer between the first and second ground electrodes 11, 12. In the high-pass filter, electrodes forming a first ground capacitor 6 and first through third capacitors 14-16 are disposed so as to be superimposed in the thickwise direction of the base 18 and formed on the regions of a thickness that is a half or smaller than the base 18 thickness.
