PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shielding body unit providing excellent exterior visibility through a housing opening section or a view from the inside of a house, having high security against suspicious persons from outside and automatically making actions. SOLUTION: The shielding body unit consists of a movable shielding body 3 openably shielding a house opening section 2, a driving means 4 automatically driving the shielding body 3, a proximity sensor 6 outputting an abnormality detection signal 5 by detecting a person or an object approaching the house opening section from an outdoor side and a controlling means 7 closing the house opening section 2 by driving the shielding body 3 to the driving means 4 based on the anomalous detection signal 5.
