PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate operations for mounting and moving a locking device to any lateral position. SOLUTION: An engagement piece 16 engaged with the engagement groove part of a seat plate is formed on the base body 15 of a lock mechanism 10, and holding parts 17 in contact with the lower guide piece of the seat plate from the rear side are formed on the right and left lower parts of the base body 15. The elongated holes 19 and tilted holes 20 are formed in the holding parts 17, a holding piece 30 in contact with the lower guide piece from the front side is formed separately from the base body 15, and the holding parts 17 are connected to the holding piece 30 by right and left side connection members 22 and 21 passed through the holes formed in the holding parts 17. When the connection members 21 and 22 are positioned in the elongated holes 19 and 19, the holding piece 30 is allowed to pass the upper side of the lower guide piece in the engaged state of the engagement piece 16 with the engagement groove part. When the connection members 21 and 22 are fallen into the tilted holes 20 and 20 in the state of the holding piece 30 moved to the front side of the lower guide piece, the holding piece 30 is lowered to a position where the holding piece 30 can hold the guide piece.
