PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a float-mounted type oil recovering apparatus enabling the recovery of even oil with a small particle size, and the improvement of the oil recovery rate. SOLUTION: The float-mounted type oil recovering apparatus is provided with an oily water separating chamber 10 having a cylindrical body 11 with a plurality of oily water inflow mouths 12 under the water line, bellows 31 arranged outside the oily water separating chamber body, an inflow gate 32 attached to the top of the bellows 31, an oily water inflow chamber 30 formed among the oily water separating chamber body and the bellows 31, and the inflow gate 32, a plurality of inner floats 34 attached to the inflow gate 32, a plurality of outer floats 35 attached to the outside of the oily water inflow chamber 30, an oil absorbing pipe 51 extending from an oil basin 18 to the outside of the oily water separating chamber, and a forced draining device 60 provided on the bottom of the oily water separating chamber 10. The inside of the oily water separating chamber body is divided by a cylindrical partitioning wall 41, by which a coarse grain separating chamber 44 is formed between the inner peripheral surface of the oily water separating chamber and the outer peripheral surface of the partitioning wall, and a fine grain separating chamber 45 is formed inside the partitioning wall.
