PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a foot wear-type instrument for foot massage which can automatically and easily massage feet tired by a standing work and walking for a long time, by usual daily actions such as walking and stepping without uncomfortable feeling and painful feeling. SOLUTION: In the instrument for foot massage, integrated and engaging massage arms enables massage of insides of intervening Achilles' tendons of the upper ankles or their peripheries, which is effective to soothe feet, by the heals which is alternately weighted in grounding by usual walking and stepping, and treading W-shaped bottoms and plates.
