PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle device capable of discharging a directional flow and fine air bubbles by a single nozzle container. SOLUTION: To the nozzle container 1 provided with: a peripheral direction jetting nozzle 42 for jetting liquid toward a peripheral direction; a directional jetting nozzle 43 for jetting the liquid with directivity; and a gas jetting nozzle 41 for jetting gas to be mixed with the liquid jetted from the peripheral direction jetting nozzle 42 or the directional jetting nozzle 43, a liquid transporting means for transporting the liquid to be jetted from the peripheral direction jetting nozzle 42 and a gas transporting means for transporting the gas to be jetted from the gas jetting nozzle 41 are connected. The nozzle device is provided with a control part 7 capable of switching between the mode of jetting the liquid from the peripheral direction jetting nozzle 42, jetting the gas from the gas jetting nozzle 41 and jetting the fine air bubbles toward the peripheral direction and the mode of jetting the liquid from the directional jetting nozzle 43 and generating the directional flow.
