<p>An electrostatic charge image developing toner being difficult to cause an offset phenomenon and a twining phenomenon, and excellent in fusion resistance; and a production method therefor. The electrostatic charge image developing toner, wherein bonding resin contains non-crystalline resin and crystalline resin, the on-set temperature of a starting point is 100-150°C and that of a terminating point is 150-200°C on a DSC curve at a rise in toner temperature, and a heat absorbing peak having a half width of 10-40°C is present. This toner can be produced with a fusing/mixing temperature T(°C) set as (Tm-20)=T=(Tm+30) (Tm; crystalline resin melting point). The toner has at least one maximal peak a within a temperature range, 150-250°C and at least one maximal peak ß within a temperature range of at least 50°C to less than 150°C on the temperature-dependent curve of a loss tangent (tan d) by a dynamic viscoelasticity measurement.</p> |
