摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fermented product having high bioactivities; and to obtain an oral composition and a percutaneous composition using the fermented product. <P>SOLUTION: This fermented product is obtained by the action of a microorganism (especially a lactic bacterium) on a lemon. Concretely, the fermented product having the excellent bioactivities such as a tyrosinase-inhibiting activity, an &alpha;-glucosidase-inhibiting activity and an antioxidant activity (a superoxide dismutase activity) is obtained.
