PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency in a maintenance operation by collecting minute configuration information of an image forming device at a low cost with less space and confirming a component number etc. without stopping the device.

SOLUTION: A radio tag 31 for storing intrinsic information of each applicable configuration unit or configuration component is added to each configuration unit to be mounted on the image forming device 10 and the configuration component. A configuration information acquiring part 17 acquires the configuration information by receiving the intrinsic information of each configuration unit or component, which is stored in the radio tag 31 from the radio tag 31 by radio communication. A configuration information management control unit 163 transmits the configuration information acquired by the configuration information acquiring part 17 to a management device through a communication I/F part 11.
