<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily and easily carry out a technique in the case of using a plurality of treatment implements for the purpose of carrying out the technique with an endoscope. <P>SOLUTION: At the proximal end of the endoscope 1, a treatment implement system 2 is fitted in an attachable and detachable manner. The system 2 has the three treatment implements 3, 4 and 5 housed in a case 6. The treatment implements 3, 4 and 5 are respectively wound onto reels 11, 12 and 13. When first driving means 60, 61 and 62 respectively provided at the treatment implements 3, 4 and 5 are driven, the treatment implements 3, 4 and 5 are taken out from the reels 11, 12 and 13.
