PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute a network load and to impart a plurality of kinds of licenses.

SOLUTION: Encrypted contents are distributed in advance before a first-run day, and a license containing a cryptographic key of the encrypted contents is encrypted and similarly distributed before the first-run day. After the first-run day, a cryptographic key for decrypting the encrypted license is distributed to decrypt the encrypted license, and license information and the cryptographic key of the encrypted contents are obtained. The encrypted contents are decrypted by the cryptographic key and provided to a viewer and further, a viewing style is controlled based on the license information.
