<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demand control system for avoiding an unuseful retry of a power generation quantity changing process after the power generation quantity changing process is implemented, and properly determining whether the retry of the power generation quantity changing process is implemented if the moving average received power quantity is considered as the target received power quantity and the power generation quantity changing process for changing the power generation quantity from a power generating means is implemented when it determines that the moving average received power quantity is diverted from the target received power quantity. <P>SOLUTION: The power generation quantity changing process for changing the power generation quantity from the power generating means in the same direction is prohibited for a prohibition period of a predetermined time from when the power generation quantity changing process is implemented. Alternatively, the power generation quantity changing process for changing the power generation quantity from the power generating means in the same direction is prohibited if it determines that the change of the moving average received power quantity tends to approach the target received power quantity for a regulation period of a predetermined time from when the power generation quantity changing process is implemented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
