<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high temporal accuracy and acquire calibration data at a high speed and easily for coping with a multichannel detector, when acquiring calibration data for making the time delay ofγ-ray detection signals from radiation detectors coincide with each other, in a processing circuit conducting coincidence counting. <P>SOLUTION: A signal is sent to a signal processing apparatus 20A from a simulated signal generating apparatus to simulatively generate a coincidence counting event. The generated event is processed by a delay control apparatus 7, and a variable delay circuit 4 is controlled to improve the accuracy of the coincidence counting. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
