PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker, along with its manufacturing method, capable of stabilizing coupling and improving coupling strength of components around a magnetic circuit of the speaker. SOLUTION: In the speaker, a frame 1 provided with a magnetic circuit comprising a magnetic gap 2a is coupled with a voice coil 5 arranged close to the upper part of the magnetic gap 2a, with the periphery of a diaphragm 6 coupled to the frame 1. Relating to the magnetic circuit, a magnet 3 is arranged at the center of the bottom of a yoke 2 comprising a bottom part and a wall part. A resin 4 provided in the gap formed between the inner wall of the yoke 2 and the periphery of the magnet 3 couples the magnet 3 to the yoke 2. With this configuration, since no adhesive is used to couple the magnet 3 to the yoke 2, coupling of components is stabilized and coupling strength is improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
