PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system for facilitating settings of color adjustment processing carried out by each image region. SOLUTION: The image processing system 1 displays a preview image on the basis of image data after the RIP, receives selection of a color adjustment region being an object of color adjustment and of a color conversion coefficient corresponding to desired color adjustment, generates a color adjustment layer for specifying the color adjustment processing, and applies color adjustment to the image data in response to a generated color adjustment layer. Further, the image processing system 1 stores the generated color adjustment layer as a template corresponding to the attribute (image feature quantity or the like) of the image data, extracts a template corresponding to the attribute of the image data when the color adjustment layer is set to newly received image data and uses the extracted template to generate the color adjustment layer.
