PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated semiconductor laser element capable of improving the characteristics of laser beam and reducing a cost for optical axis adjustment. SOLUTION: The integrated semiconductor laser element is equipped with a purple-blue laser element 110 comprising a light emitting region 13 and a ridge unit 8, and a red laser element 120 comprising another light emitting region 34 and the opening 30a of an n-type current block layer 30. In this case, the ridge unit 8 is fitted into the opening 30a of the n-type current block layer 30 while the light emitting region 13 and the light emitting region 34 are arranged on the same line in the laminating direction of a semiconductor layer.
