PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a map for displaying economic values of specific facilities. SOLUTION: The economic values of the specific facilities, for example, pay-by-the-hour parking lots 18, 19 are calculated from predetermined geographical/economic factors, calculation results are classified and displayed on the map. The classified results are distinguished by colors or patterns on roads adjacent to the facilities. A first candidate place 16 and a second candidate place 17 are displayed on the map as places suitable for the pay-by-the-hour parking lots.
