PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid curable resin composition having excellent stripping property from an adjacent adjoining coating layer and suitable for an optical fiber up-jacket material. SOLUTION: The liquid curable resin composition for an optical fiber up-jacket contains: (A) urethane (meth)acrylate; (B) a reactive diluent; (C) a polymerization initiator; and (D) a non-polymerizable ester compound having a 6-30C hydrocarbon group.
