PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for precisely measuring a collision reactive force on a handheld electronic device. SOLUTION: The structure comprises; a collision surface with which an object to be measured X collides; and a measurement section which measures the collision reactive force to the collision surface when the object to be measured X collides therewith. The collision surface is made up of a plurality of collision stages 11, and the measurement section is made up of a plurality of load cells 12 corresponding to respective above collision stages 11.
