摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely and strongly perform cold start of an engine at cold start of the engine, and to restrict spark advance operation between both centrifugal deadweights to a deadweight movement allowable distance at the warming of the engine, during operation of the engine. SOLUTION: A temperature sensing operating means 7 comprises a compression coil spring-shaped shape memory spring 8. The shape memory spring 8 and a start spark advancing spring 6 are positioned between the pair of centrifugal deadweights 3, and arranged concentrically with respect to a deadweight return spring 5. A rotational spark advance restricting device 35 is provided over the start spark advancing spring 6 and one of the centrifugal deadweights 3A, 3B. The rotational spark advance restricting device 35 is constituted so as to restrict the maximum distance between the pair of centrifugal deadweights 3A, 3B at the warming of the engine as the deadweight movement allowable distance Lw at the warming of the engine.
