PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door locking device for locking a door from one side of the door for opening and closing by revolving around a vertical shaft. SOLUTION: In this door locking device 10, a fixed partition member 3 is arranged on the opening-closing end side 4a of the door 4, and a locking receiver 23 is arranged in the partition member 3, and a lock piece 22 engageably-disengageably engageable with the locking receiver 23 is arranged on one surface of the door 4. The door locking device has a lower seat 11 integrally arranged on one surface of the door 4, a lock piece installing member 13 for movably supporting the lock piece 22 and supported by engageably-disengageably engaging with the lower seat 11, and a lock piece engagement releasing means 19 for releasing engagement of the lock piece installing member 13 and the lower seat 11 by thrust operation by an operation tool 5 from the other surface of the door 4 in an emergency by holding a state of engaging the lock piece installing member 13 with the lower seat 11.
