PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking analyzer capable of detecting the decline of a lower limb, which causes falling, by analyzing the walking state of a user. SOLUTION: A front and rear directional acceleration detecting part 12 of an accelerometer 10 to be mounted on the lower back of the user detects an acceleration at the lower back part of the user. An ROM 26 stores correlation between the previously obtained front and rear directional acceleration at the lower back and the strength of dorsiflexion force. A CPU (control processing unit) 24 determines the strength of the dorsiflexion force in the user, based on the front and rear directional acceleration detected by the accelerometer 10, and the relation between the acceleration and the dorsiflexion force, which is stored in the ROM 26.
