PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bath lid applied to various types of bathtubs, having superior heat retaining and heat insulating performances and being simply attached and detached. SOLUTION: This bath lid A making contact with the inner face of the bathtub 4 and putting thereon is constituted of a lid body and a retaining part 2 continuously formed on the circumference of the lid body and making contact with the inner face of the bathtub, the lid body is formed of a heat insulating body 1, and the retaining part 2 is formed of a soft material. Preferably, the heat insulating body 1 is a heat insulating sheet incorporating an air layer 13 between two aluminum evaporated sheets of an upper aluminum evaporated sheet 11 and a lower aluminum evaporated sheet.
