PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of securing a shot ball when a movable member is operated at the time of start winning by a simple structure. SOLUTION: The game machine comprises a front stage detecting means (a winning ball first put-out switch 200a) for detecting a game ball entering from an entrance in a start winning zone, a rear stage detecting means (a movable member operating switch 202a) for re-detecting the game ball detected by the front stage detecting means, a shot ball supply control means (a game control device 400) for feeding a prescribed number of game balls to the shot ball supply means based on the detection by the front stage detecting means, a stand-by guide means (a rotary member 201a) for making the game ball detected by the front stage detecting means stand by for a prescribed period of time after the detection and guiding the game ball thereafter to a zone where the game ball can be detected by the rear stage detecting means, and a movable member control means (the game control device 400) for operating the movable member based on the detection by the rear stage detecting means.
