PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image acquisition method which requires no transmission of the radiation image data for each radiation photographing and prevents the degradation of the throughput of the whole radiation photographing system in the case that two or more radiation pictures are continuously captured for one patient, or the like. SOLUTION: The radiation image acquisition method includes a step to irradiate a subject with the radiation to detect the radiation which penetrates the subject, a step to acquire the radiation image data on the basis of the detection result, and a step to store the radiation image data in a memory means, wherein the individual steps are repeated and the individual radiation image data are stored in the memory means when the radiation photographing is continuously executed and the individual radiation data are transmitted to a destination of the transmission when the continuous radiation photographing is completed.
