PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garden tree clipper making it possible that a cut surface of the garden tree remaining after pruned is made to be a flat cut surface. SOLUTION: This garden tree clipper is structured so that a blade block 1 is formed by sequentially piling up an upper blade body 3, a middle blade body 4, and a lower blade body 5 of which the each has a long-size serrated shape. Protrusive plate parts 8 are formed on each of blade bodies 6 composing the blade bodies 3, 4, 5, so that the plate parts 8 are each protruded outward from side edges of the blade bodies 6 in the transverse direction. Cutting parts 9 each having an edge angleθof an acute-angled shape are formed on side edges 8a of the protrusive plate parts 8 of the middle blade body 4 used as a movable blade which is reciprocatingly slid by a drive motor in the longitudinal direction of the blade bodies 6. Cutting parts 9 each having an edge angleθof a rectangular shape are formed on side edges 8a of the protrusive plate parts 8 of the lower blade body 5. Edges 9a of the cutting parts 9 of the middle blade part 4 and edges 9a of the cutting parts 9 of the lower blade part 5 are made to be slidingly contacted with one another. Positions of the blade bodies 6 in the longitudinal direction are made to consist with each other in the side edges 8a of each of the protrusive plate parts 8 of the upper blade body 3 and the lower blade body 5.
