PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple structure for installing and fixing fishing pole parts giving less effects to strengths of a hollow pole. SOLUTION: The structure is to install and fix fishing pole parts to the surface of the hollow pole 10 and is constituted as follows. The structure has a nut member 20 having a female screw screwing with a male screw member 22. The nut member has a head unit 20T having a larger outer diameter than the size of an adjacent neck unit on one end. At least the neck unit adjacent to the head unit has a noncircular shape in cross section. A hole 12 having a size through which the head of the nut member can pass through is made at positions of the fishing pole corresponding to installed fishing pole parts 16, 18. A continuous hole 14, having a size through which the head unit can not pass through, the neck can move in forward and backward directions in a predetermined orientation and, after moving, the head unit can not rotate around the axis of the nut member, is made to be continuous in front or in the rear of the hole 12. The head unit is positioned to the inside of the hollow pole, while the nut member is positioned to the continuous hole. Parts holes 16H, 18H made on the fishing pole parts 16, 18 to be installed are positioned to the other end of the nut member and the fishing pole parts are fixed by screwing the male screw to the female screw of the nut member.
