The road cap housing (1) has a shank (5) and a top cover (3) on its upper section and the cover exhibits outer edge (4) which is tapered and has a chamfer (6). The lower surface of flange (9) serves as bearing surface of forces on tar road. The shank is hollow with upper section top cover.
