Disclosed is an urea compound having a structure represented by the general formula [1] below which has a new pharmacological effect. The urea compound having the structure represented by the general formula [1] below or a salt thereof has an excellent curative effect on skin diseases. In the formula below, A represents -(NR<SUP>4</SUP>)-, -(CR<SUP>5</SUP>R<SUP>6</SUP>)- or -O-; B represents an alkylene or alkenylene group; R<SUP>1</SUP>, R<SUP>2</SUP>, R<SUP>4</SUP>, R<SUP>5</SUP> and R<SUP>6</SUP> respectively represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkenyl group, an adamantylalkyl group or the like; R<SUP>3</SUP> represents an aryl group or an unsaturated heterocyclic ring; and X represents an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom.
