<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably supply powder without being affected by a powder level even when a powder pressure is generated by the stirring of the powder by a stirring part. <P>SOLUTION: A container which is the case body of a toner cartridge 200 is formed by successively providing a cartridge body 210, a powder carrying part 220 and a powder discharging part 230 and housed toner from the cartridge body 210 is discharged from the powder discharging part 230. The cartridge body 210 is provided with the stirring part for stirring the housed toner by being rotated around a preset axis.
